Leavenworth, WA

I was actually pleasantly surprised by Leavenworth. Always suspicious about "German towns" this was actually impressed with this replica of a Bavarian town.


We walked around for a couple of hours checking out the town, actually found two bottles of my favorite German curry ketchup and had a nice "German" dinner. I was hesitant to come here, but in the end was glad we did.
